Ｑ　I dropped the handpiece with tool is on.   The tool is broken and the piece was left inside.  I can not to take it out.

Ａ　To take the broken piece of tool out, you need a special tool.  Also, the inside parts of handpiece could be damaged by dropping.  Please consult your supplier for the service.

Ｑ　I can not to turn the set ring to change the tool.

Ａ　It appears to be no bur is inserted to the collet chuck and set ring is set on S-side tightly.  If so, turn the set ring to R-side with a piece of rubber sheet as hard as possible.

Ｑ　The curl cord is damaged.

Ａ　It is possible to change only the curl cord.  Please consult your supplier for the service.

Ｑ　Overload red lamp comes on while using the handpiece.  Why?

Ａ　The circuit breaker works for the protection when the machine heats up due to overuse or applying  improper extra force to the handpiece.  As a safety device, the overload red lamp lights up and circuit breaker cut off the power to the handpiece temporarily.  
If the red lamp lights up, turn the speed volume to MIN then turn off the power switch.  Please wait until the machine cools off.
