１．Apply the cuticle remover to the cuticle area to soften cuticles. |

２．Massage the cuticle area to soak well. |

３．Place client’s fingers into a manicure bowl filled with warm water to soften cuticles. |

４．Dry the hand with a towel, then push back cuticles with cuticle pusher using circular motion. |
 |
５．Move the pusher gently from the side to center. |
 |
６．An orangewood stick with a cotton tip also works instead of a cuticle pusher. |

７．Remove any loose skin and hang-nail with a nipper and a gauze wipe. |
 |
８．Remove any dust with a brush. |
