Ｑ　I would like to use Φ2.34mm tools.  Is it possible?

Ａ　You can use φ2.34mm tools after changing the collet chuck to φ2.34mm. 
For how to change the collet chuck, please refer to the FAQs  “how to change the collet chuck”.
If you need to purchase a φ2.34mm collet chuck, please consult your supplier.

Q　I purchased my handpiece over 25years ago.  It fits comfortably in my hand and very useful.
I lost my collet chuck and wrench.  Is there any change to collet chuck part’s number?   
Is it possible to buy collet chucks and wrenchs? 

A　Regarding to the collet chuck part’s number, we haven’t changed.  Please refer to the followings;

2.35mm ＫＰ－０３６Ｂ
3.00mm ＫＰ－０３２Ｂ
3.175mm ＫＰ－０３３Ｂ

The wrench type differ by handpiece.
Check the model number of your handpiece then consult  your local suppliers for purchasing.

Q　Collet chuck is stuck quite hard.  Are there any little tricks to loosen it?

A　Please refer to the following procedures;

1. Please turn the set ring hard to R- direction(be able to release the tool).
   Place the chuck wrench as shown.
2. Loosen and remove the collet chuck by turning the chuck wrench.
     *if you can not loosen the collet chuck, tap lightly the chuck wrench with a small hammer as shown.
3. Set a new collet chuck.
4. Tighten the collet chuck with chuck wrench.【Warnings】
   (1)Be sure to insert a blank bur into the collet chuck before changing.
   (2)Do not change the collet chuck if the set ring is set on S-direction.(collet chuck is tightly closed)
   (3)Do not turn the set ring from R-direction to S-direction while changing.
